Beginning Monday, April 21, 2008, MEDIC FIRST AID will use FedEx for both expedited and ground shipments. FedEx Ground delivers packages to 100% of businesses addresses in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, and to every residential address in the U.S. with FedEx Home Delivery service. You probably won’t notice any difference, other than the color of the truck that delivers your MEDIC FIRST AID order, although FedEx does have faster transit times to some areas of the country, especially in parts of the Midwest. All around, we expect FedEx to provide superior customer service.
We’ve chosen to use FedEx because they share our commitment to outstanding customer service, superior product quality, and timely delivery. You’ll have a variety of delivery options, including FedEx Ground, which ships within 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S. and 5-7 business days in Alaska and Hawaii, and FedEx Express Services, which can be shipped overnight or in 1, 2, or 3 business days. Our Client Service representatives will help you get what you need, when you need it.
