In response to an increasing number of calls, we have added additional Client Services Representatives to maintain a high level of customer care. This has made it necessary to convert our telephones to an automated system. When you are calling to speak with Client Services, your call will now be directed to the next available representative. With this new system, you will continue to receive the same outstanding customer service that you are accustomed to… and spend less time waiting for a representative. If you are calling for someone other than Client Services, you can still speak with the receptionist, who will direct your call to the appropriate person. As we fine-tune the phone system, we realize there are the occasional ‘hiccups’ – please notify a Client Services Representative if you encounter any problems.
