The newest version of MEDIC FIRST AID’s CarePlus CPR and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants training program is now available for purchase. Updated to reflect the newest guidelines for CPR and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), this community-focused, versatile program offers four class options to accommodate a wide range of audience needs. Whether your client’s emergency response plan requires CPR skills exclusively for adult patients, or you need to provide training that includes care for adults, children, and infants, the CarePlus program contains the options you need. You can provide combined CPR and AED training, or CPR training on its own.
The program will teach students how to perform CPR and use an AED for cardiac arrest, In addition, students will learn how to effectively manage patients who have become unresponsive or are choking. Instructors can add optional segments for control of bleeding and managing shock.
Please note that the CarePlus CPR and AED training program provides only part of the emergency care training needed to meet OSHA requirements in an occupational setting. To meet these requirements, CarePlus CPR and AED can be combined with MEDIC FIRST AID’s Emergency Care Supplement.
