Customer Login Feature Makes Online Shopping a Breeze
Ever wish those customer forms were prefilled for you each time you ordered products in the online store? Now they can. MEDIC FIRST AID clients will be pleased to see the new Customer Login feature now available at the MEDIC FIRST AID online store. To access, simply click the “Customer Login” tab on the left side navigation menu in the online store. New users can create an online profile. Clients with a profile simply enter their login and password information each time they visit. The online profile simplifies the online ordering process.
Don’t Forget the Emergency Care Reference Manual
A reminder to MEDIC FIRST AID Facilitators about the Emergency Care Reference Manual: Facilitators are required to have enough manuals on hand to be able to give each student one to use during Basic training classes. These manuals can be collected and reused in future training classes. Purchase additional copies today.
Registry Changes Promise Increased Efficiency
The MEDIC FIRST AID registry process has been updated and streamlined, reflecting a commitment to a new schedule that will result in most registry changes being made within 24 hours of their receipt.
MEDIC FIRST AID clients and the clients they serve will benefit by the decreased time it takes to get a registry number, change personal information, and update program training status, among other things.
This is part of an ongoing process to serve clients more effectively in as many ways as possible.
