National Training
MEDIC FIRST AID has a referral list of more than 2,400 independent instructors covering the United States, evenly distributed throughout the largest population centers. This assures that an instructor can reach any business location and provide a variety of AED training classes, including the innovative line of MEDIC FIRST AID Training Programs.
MEDIC FIRST AID has a strong tradition of innovation in AED training programs. We were the first emergency care program developer to offer a lay responder training program in the use of an AED. We also created the first teaching program that included the use of an AED on a pediatric patient.

Tracking Services
OneSource Manager™ is a comprehensive, Web-based management tool created by MEDIC FIRST AID to help clients maintain regulatory compliance of their AED programs.
This online service features an intuitive and easy-to-use format to organize critical information within a defibrillator program. Reporting functions and automated email allow program managers and site coordinators to closely watch key program components and maintain their ability to respond with a defibrillator to an SCA.
OneSource Manager enables users to track AED maintenance histories, record incidents of actual AED use, use or expiration of consumable accessories, such as pads and batteries, and much more. The program can easily track multiple onsite defibrillators with varied accessories, differing inspection histories, and a range of expiration dates. Automatic emails notify managers of pending expirations, including monthly email reports on the status of all devices.
Clients will be able to track employee and training certifications. Instructors can directly input training rosters and detailed student histories are always on hand.
